Returns
Your satisfaction matters to us, which is why all our customers are entitled to an extended right of return—up to 30 days from the date of purchase, no explanation needed. To return a product, we recommend downloading and filling in our withdrawal form. Returning items to our store is truly simple!
Returned items should be sent back in the original packaging in which they were delivered, together with the completed form. Alternatively, you may use other packaging that meets courier requirements: a rectangular parcel with appropriate height, width, and depth. Please ensure that all corners and edges are properly protected with cardboard.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Your complaint should include the following:
- Your contact details
- Order number
- Name of the product being reported
- Description of the issue/fault
- Photos showing the fault
We will respond to your complaint promptly, no later than 30 calendar days from the day it is submitted. Detailed instructions for lodging a complaint are available in our store’s terms and conditions.
If you notice that a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you complete a damage report with the courier and email it to us at office@mrgreengrass.co.uk along with the completed complaint form.
