Correctly performed maintenance treatments for synthetic pitches are the basis for fully enjoying the use of an artificial surface. And although this type of surface requires slightly less than natural sports turf, care must be taken to keep it in the right condition, conducive to play.

We possess specialised, mechanised equipment designed for the maintenance of synthetic pitches, the highest quality products and materials, and expert knowledge regarding synthetic pitch maintenance. Furthermore, we offer the preparation of a suitable maintenance programme based on a conducted analysis of the pitch surface.
Performed treatments
We provide synthetic pitch maintenance services within a 200-kilometre radius of Krakow. This includes a range of various maintenance procedures, such as:
Loosening of infill material
During periods of intensive pitch use, we recommend loosening the infill material. This treatment prevents the fibres from matting. The infill material – both rubber granulate and the upper layer of quartz sand – is more intensively loosened. This improves the permeability of the pitch surface.

Cleaning
Effective removal of leaves and debris from the pitch surface can only be guaranteed by using professional equipment. Leaf blowers, sometimes used, will not effectively clean the granulate, but only the surface of the mat. Debris left in the granulate quickly becomes compacted, turning the pitch into a hard and impermeable surface. On such a pitch, injuries occur easily, and the game itself becomes unpleasant.
We perform cleaning with a machine equipped with a rotating brush, which removes waste from the surface and the upper part of the mat. The collected material is filtered using a screening mechanism, while the clean infill material is redistributed evenly across the surface.

Brushing
Brushing is carried out to straighten and refresh the mat fibres and to loosen the upper layer of the granulate. This treatment improves the upper drainage system of the pitch and enhances its aesthetics. The pitch should be cleaned and maintained on average 4 times a year.

Refilling the granules
The pitch should be checked annually for infill material, and the granules should be systematically topped up using a specialist spreader. Certain areas of the pitch are used more intensively. In particular, the goal areas and corners should be checked regularly and the granules replenished. In some places, this can be done manually without using a spreader; however, when topping up material over the entire pitch surface, a machine designed for this purpose should be used.

Some areas of the pitch are used more intensively. In particular, goal areas and corners should be regularly inspected and the granulate replenished. In some places, this can be done manually without using a spreading device, but when replenishing material over the entire pitch surface, a machine designed for this purpose should be used.
