We care about your satisfaction, which is why we offer you an extended right to return ordered products for up to 30 days without giving a reason. To make a return, we recommend downloading and filling out the withdrawal form. Returns in our shop are really simple!
Returned goods should be sent back in the original packaging in which they were delivered. This can also be other packaging that meets courier requirements: a rectangular package of appropriate height, width and depth. However, the corners and all sides must be properly protected with cardboard packaging.
Return costs are paid by the Buyer.

Order number,
Name of the complained product,
Description of the complaint/defect
Photos of the defect
We will respond to the customer’s complaint immediately, no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of its submission. However, a detailed description of the product complaint process is provided in the shop’s terms and conditions.
In the event of collecting a parcel from the courier and finding damage to the goods resulting directly from damage to the package/packaging in transit, we suggest completing a damage report with the courier and sending it to the address: contact@mrgreengrass.co.uk along with a completed complaint form.
