Lawn Booster – Moss Killer – Mr. Green Grass® is a product capable of completely eliminating moss from the lawn and preventing its future occurrence. It also works perfectly as a lawn greening agent. Its action also reduces soil pH, which increases the lawn’s resistance to certain diseases.
Mosses usually grow on shaded and overly damp lawns. They also appear in areas where the soil is acidified. Sometimes moss also grows in dry spots; these are species that have adapted to periodic water shortages. Moss occurs mainly where the lawn is thin, in which case it grows vigorously, forming dense carpets. If left uncontrolled, moss spreads, effectively blocking the growth of the lawn.
Lawn Booster – Moss Killer – Mr. Green Grass® works at temperatures as low as 0°C, so it can be used from spring to autumn. The product should be distributed using a rotary spreader or applied locally by hand, following the recommended doses. Before application, a small-scale test should be carried out; the manufacturer is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product. After applying the preparation, the moss will turn black, after which it should be removed, e.g., with a rake. After a few days, the product will penetrate the soil, increasing the lawn’s resistance and improving its condition. Application
Lawn Booster – Moss Killer – Mr. Green Grass® is used for the instant control of moss, greening of the lawn and preparing it for winter. Use it from March to November when a moss problem appears on the lawn, and for strengthening the lawn before winter, preferably in October.
Spread the product evenly using a hand spreader or by hand (on small areas), using a dose adjusted to the amount of moss: 3 kg per 100 m² (30 g/m²) for light moss, or 6 kg per 100 m² (60 g/m²) for a thick layer. Note: This product stains heavily. Avoid spreading on paving stones, paving slabs, and other surfaces.
Within a few days of application, the moss will blacken and die. Then, thoroughly rake or scarify the lawn to remove dead debris.
